WCES was established by Kelly Mogg, Pete Esparza, Bernard Herron and Bea Esparza.

Although we are a new company our combined experience in the industrial, environmental and construction industry exceeds 125 years. Throughout these years we have gained the trust and confidence of customers working at fortune 100 companies such as BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhilips, Shell Oil Company and many others.

Establishing WCES allows us to provide a unique customer service approach and offer the level of service and safety detail our customers require.

As a further testimonial to the capibilities and reputation of WCES, the company was invited to participate in the 2010 BP Gulf Oil Spill Cleanup.  We were able to mobilize over 125 skilled environmental personnel within one week in Mobil, Alabama to provide onshore decon services which included the decontamination and repair of over 2 million linear feet of containment boom.   WCES was also recognized by the President of the United States for our response and quality of services.

We are a small business, women owned, 24-hour services company located in Long Beach, California. We look forward to working with our previous customers and gaining the confidence of new customers.
