The inception of WCES was fueled by the vision of Bernard Herron, Pete Esparza, and Bea Esparza. With the steadfast support of William Goldsmith, the company was founded in January 2010.
Pooling together a wealth of experience exceeding 125 years in the industrial, environmental cleaning, and construction sectors, our founders have earned the trust and confidence of esteemed clients such as BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Phillips66, Shell Oil Company, and many others.
The establishment of WCES has empowered us to deliver our distinctive customer service approach, tailored to meet the exacting standards of our clientele. As a small, soon-to-be 100% Minority Owned business, headquartered in Signal Hill, California, we specialize in providing 24-hour industrial and environmental cleaning services.
