• WCES Line Riders are DOT Operator Qualified in AOC and have training in the following areas:

• Inspect buried pipe when exposed

• Place and maintain permanent line markers

• Inspect surface conditions of right-of-way

• Provide temporary marking of buried pipeline prior to excavation

• Perform inspection of clearances of existing pipe to foreign underground structures

• Backfilling a trench containing a pipeline

• Monitoring Excavation activities
